JBTC is a decentralized, non-custodial cryptocurrency project on the Binance Smart Chain. Our protocol operates entirely through smart contracts, enabling token holders to claim daily rewards. We are committed to safeguarding user privacy and adhering to globally recognized privacy and data protection standards.

2. Scope

Applies to: website(s), dApp, documentation, marketing pages, and community channels.

Includes referral program tracking, attribution, analytics, fraud prevention, and blockchain data analysis.

Does not apply to centralized exchanges, wallet providers, or third-party dApps/services.

Off-Chain Information You Provide: contact info (email, username, social handle), referral participation data, support content.

Off-Chain Information Collected Automatically: device & usage data, cookies & similar technologies.

Public Blockchain Data (On-Chain): wallet addresses, balances, transaction history, claim/referral/reward events.

Operate, maintain, and improve the website, dApp, and referral logic.

Attribute referrals and calculate rewards according to smart contract rules.

Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

8. Financial Incentives Disclosure

Referral rewards are entirely on-chain.

10% if referrer meets 2× holding rule in last 24h.

1% if condition not met.

These incentives are token rewards, not payment for personal information.

9. Children’s Privacy

Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted data.
