JBTC Terms & Conditions

Welcome to JBTC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and JBTC, governing your access to and use of the JBTC website, decentralized application (dApp), smart contracts, referral program, and any related features or services (collectively, the “Services”). JBTC is a decentralized, non-custodial cryptocurrency project deployed on the Binance Smart Chain (“BSC”). All functions are executed via public, autonomous smart contracts. You retain full control over your wallet, private keys, and funds; JBTC has no custody, control, or ability to reverse transactions.
1. Introduction
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.JBTC is a decentralized, non-custodial cryptocurrency project deployed on the Binance Smart Chain (“BSC”). All functions are executed via public, autonomous smart contracts. You retain full control over your wallet, private keys, and funds; JBTC has no custody, control, or ability to reverse transactions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You represent and warrant that your use of the Services is lawful under all applicable laws.
You may not use the Services if you are subject to any economic or trade sanctions, or if participation is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
3. Decentralized Nature
The Services operate solely through immutable smart contracts.
JBTC cannot recover lost private keys, reverse transactions, or modify on-chain data.
All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Services in full compliance with applicable laws.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your private keys and wallet credentials.
Assume full responsibility for any transactions or actions taken through your wallet.
You must not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to exploit the Services.
You must not use the Services for unlawful or prohibited activities, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.
5. Rewards and Referral Program
Rewards are calculated and distributed exclusively via the JBTC smart contract logic.
Referral rewards are: 10% of a referred user’s claim if the referrer holds at least 2× the total referred holdings in the preceding 24 hours.
Referral rewards are 1% if the above condition is not met.
JBTC reserves the right to update the reward structure through new smart contract deployments.
6. Fees
A 5% claim fee applies to all reward claims and is automatically deducted on-chain.
Fees are final, immutable, and non-refundable.
7. Risk Disclosure
The value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile.
You may lose part or all of your holdings.
Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds.
Regulatory changes could impact your ability to use or access the Services.
You participate entirely at your own risk.
8. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
JBTC does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
All information provided is for informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your own research and decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, and logos are the property of JBTC or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBTC, its developers, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data. This limitation applies to losses resulting from hacks, exploits, blockchain failures, or market volatility.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JBTC, its developers, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
12. Compliance and Tax Obligations
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to your activities.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by law.
14. Amendments
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and JBTC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
